Fixed monthly retainers, with no hidden costs, starting from SGD 300 per month.
Can include payroll, corporate tax and sales tax support.
Corporate services support can also be rolled into a single fixed monthly retainer.

Corporate Services

Incorporation: SGD 1,000 transactional fee.
Company secretary: SGD 800 per annum.
Registered address: SGD 800 per annum.
Resident Director: SGD 3,000 per annum.
The above annuals costs can be prorated and rolled into a single fixed monthly retainer where accounting services support is also provided.

CFO Partnering

Customized fixed monthly retainers tailored to your needs, with no hidden costs or lock in period.
Customized pricing for specific project work.

Corporate Finance

Customized pricing for specific project work.

INVESTMENT

Investor Ready

Normal engagement is 4-6 weeks at a cost of SGD 2,500.
Pricing may very depending on existing business plans and financial models in place.

Investor Sourcing

Minimum engagement of 3 month with monthly retainers starting from SGD 1,000.
No lock in period thereafter.
Success fee of between 3 – 5% of funds raised.
